Following a hard drive meltdown, I am now working from a Mac at home, and finding replacements for the software I’ve been using on a PC. If any PC vendors want unscrupulous blog coverage at all costs, I am very open to offers.
Freeware product Bleezer is an offline blog editor for the Mac and does a reasonably good job, by the looks of things. The HTML mode works a lot better than the WYSWYG mode, but that’s been the case with every web editor program ever. Unless, of course, you can’t read this. Further suggestions for free, offline blog editors are welcome.
I am also impressed by the Open Source feed reader Vienna. That’s an area where the PC seems to be behind at the moment. I used to use Great News, but then it started crashing my system and I moved on to online services. They tend to be a tad slow, though. Vienna is well worth a try, IMHO
Thanks are due as well to Carlo for the signpost to IUseThis : it’s a great way to find new Mac software that actually works
So, any suggestions for a good Mac game? I’m sorry Mac zealots, but that area seems seriously lacking.
