No, nothing wrong with selling things, and my intent was not to seem anti-business. However, that will be a product of having a site that&#039;s helpful, human, interesting, authentic and two-way. I think there is nothing wrong with selling stuff using Web 2.0 principles, but I think the key point is that companies can&#039;t use the tried and tested methods in a social environment, as Walmart found out the message, medium and have to be coherent.
